Helping prepare a book for the oldest publishing house in the world is indeed an honour. Ken was initially called on to facilitate the collaboration of authors. Then coordination and quality assurance was required for the book’s many photos and illustrations. Ken also acted as liaison for the authors with Cambridge University Press. It was a delight to work with everyone involved.
